Below you will find images of the track layouts I have built over the years.
These are more like modules or pieces/parts of a layout, more like building blocks for a much larger layout.
Model Railroaders have built modular layouts for years, so I took the idea to slot tracks.
I ran into the same problems as model railroaders plus one, trains can back away from a dead end, most slot and slotless don't.

Head-On aka What the ???
|
These layout modules do not include terminal tracks, because I wired ALL of the tracks from the bottom to a terminal block.
There are actually two ways to wire the "Head-On" module, more information is available on that page.
Some of these modules are complete with scenery built mostly from double wall cardboard.
Each module has a terminal block for six wires so the wiring can be easily altered for different configurations of the modules.
I use six wire terminal blocks and RJ-12 Plugs and Sockets to connect modules.
